We are excited to bring peace and professional notarization to you during life's most sensitive moments. Just ask. Im able to provide hospital notarizations, nursing home notarizations, and other locations you suggest to save time and energy. We are a member of the National Notary Association and carry E&O insurance.

What are the basic notarial acts? Which do you need?

Acknowledgment- The purpose of an acknowledgement is for a verified signer to declare to a notary that he or she has willingly signed a document.

Jurat- The purpose of a Jurat is for a verified signer to swear or affirm the truthfulness of the contents of a document to a Notary.

During Our Appointment

Masks are suggested to protect yourself and others from COVID.
All signers and witnesses must be physically present.
Be prepared to show valid picture identification such as Drivers/ Non-Drivers License, military ID, Passport, Green Card.
We will request that you sign our Notary Journal.
Please bring ALL pages of your document completed except for signature.
Remember to ask your source what type of notarization is needed if its not already on the document.
RON- Remote Online Notarizations also require the online presence of all signers, uploading of the full document and a valid form of identification.
Payment and venue will be agreed upon prior to our meeting. If there is a cancellation after arrival, travel fees are due. No refunds.
